Camp Maple Leaf
Camp Maple Leaf is a summer camp offered through Kishwaukee Special Recreation Association that has served the DeKalb County and area communities since 1977! Camp Maple Leaf provides children of ALL abilities, aged 5-18 years old, a fun and rewarding summer experience. Campers participate in age-specific and age-appropriate group activities and join in whole-camp FUN.

Camp Adventure
We aren’t ready for the summer fun to be over and we know that you aren’t either! Come join us as we explore the great areas Sycamore has to offer! Staff will lead activities focused on leisure and recreation as well as the development of social and daily living skills. Participants will be grouped by age to ensure a safe, fun, appropriate, and successful week! Activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Swimming • Nature Activities • Sports Activities • Social & Peer Activities • Sensory • Arts & Crafts

Parent’s Night Out
Parents, plan your getaway! We offer a fun, safe, environment for your child to explore, learn, and play with others. Siblings are welcome!
This program is designed to assist with social skills, use of community resources, leisure education, an increase in recreation skills, and social/peer interactions.
One to One
Check out this new program opportunity through KSRA! A one-on-one program where you can choose from a list of recreational opportunities (based on what you want to learn), and we will create a program just for you! Participant Jake wanted to learn a few new dance moves, and he did just that! Check out this video after the hour of practice. What a great time!
